Masjid Ali bin Abi Talib r.a. مسجد علی ابن طالب (Mad_04)
<p>Located on Al-Salam Street near Masjid al-Ghamama, this historic masjid is among the sites where the Prophet Muhammad (ï·º ) performed Eid prayers. After the martyrdom of Caliph Uthman ibn Affan (r.a), Sayyiduna Ali (r.a) led prayers here, which led to the masjid being attributed to him. To commemorate this, Caliph Umar ibn Abdul Aziz (r.a) constructed a masjid on the site.</p>
